Amy Edwards, PT
Amy is a physical therapist who graduated in 1996 from Bowling Green State University in consortium with the Medical College of Ohio with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. She founded Specialized Therapy Services in 2007 upon the principle that each patient deserves 1-on-1 attention. Amy has a large variety of experience working with patients of all ages in multiple settings. She has developed a wide variety of clinical skills with a special interest in Pelvic Floor Dysfunction and Women's Health conditions including bowel & bladder control, incontinence, pelvic pain, pregnancy & post-partum care, prostatectomy care, and ostoeporosis. Amy is also a certified trainer through Cincinnati Sports Medicine Research and Education Foundation in Sportsmetrics, an ACL prevention program. In her free time, Amy loves being with her husband and children.
Gina Moody, PT
Gina is a physical therapist who graduated from Walsh University in North Canton, Ohio in 2008 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She brings with her experience treating patients with orthopedic, neurological, vestibular and pediatric patients. She treats patients with one on one attention with a wide variety of medical diagnosis including concussion management, orthopedic sprains and strains, post surgical, vestibular, and sport specific rehabilitation. In her free time, Gina enjoys spending time outside with her husband and young son.
Courtney Rieman, PT, DPT, ATC
Courtney graduated from The Ohio State University in 2015 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has had experience treating patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting with special interest in orthopedic rehabilitation, post-operative diagnoses, and return to sport rehabilitation. In addition, she has additional training in treating patients with vestibular diagnoses. Along with her Physical Therapy degree, Courtney is also a Certified Athletic Trainer in the state of Ohio. Courtney and her husband enjoy travelling, attending sporting events, and spending time with family and friends (and their dog, Mia).
Nancy Siatkosky, DPT
Nancy is a physical therapist who graduated from Bowling Green State University in consortium with the Medical College of Ohio in 1992 with a Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy. She went on to earn her Master's of Health Science from the University of Indianapolis in 2003 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 2012. She has had the opportunity to develop a broad range of clinical skills and treat patients in a wide variety of settings over the years. Nancy especially appreciates the one-on-one care that she is able to provide here at Specialized Therapy Services. She has a special interest in working with patients with pelvic and sacroiliac joint dysfunction, and she has dedicated much of her career to the study and treatment of these areas. Additionally she has a passion for Women's Health Physical Therapy as related to osteoporosis care along with pelvic floor dysfunction including incontinence, bowel and bladder management, coccyx dysfunction, and pelvic pain. In her free time, Nancy enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, helping out at their schools, reading, and lifelong learning.
Kristen Spallinger, LPTA
Kristen is a physical therapist assistant who graduated in 2003 from Rhodes State College with an Associate's degree in Applied Science. Over the past 10 years, she has had experience with a variety of patients with different diagnosis in an outpatient setting. With always having an interest in health and exercise, Kristen is able to help those in need through physical therapy. In her free time, Kristen enjoys scrapbooking, boating and spending time with her husband and 3 boys. She has worked for Specialized therapy since August 2013.
Alexis Wurth, PTA
Alexis is a Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated from Rhodes State College in 2016 and has been with Specialized Therapy Services since then. She enjoys working with patients and getting to know them. She chose to be a PTA because there are always new skills and techniques to learn that can be included in treatment ideas. In her spare time she enjoys being a coach for girls soccer, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Sabrina obtained her Associate's degree from Lima Technical College and has worked as a secretary for Specialized Therapy Services since April of 2010. Sabrina likes to spend time with her family. She is the proud parent of 2 children and is excited to now have the title of grandparent as she enjoys spending time with her grandson. On the weekends, she loves to watch her son race sprint cars.
Cheryl Dotson, PT aide
Cheryl started working for Specialized Therapy Services as a PT Aide in 2015. Cheryl's main enjoyment in life is her family. She also loves being outdoors. In her spare time she loves to travel and check off all the items on her "bucket list".
